This role, with Franke Kitchen Systems in the UK (South Region), needs a strong team player ready to step in to a role that is dynamic and nimble; ready to react to ever changing needs and demands. You will be acting as the primary contact with both distributor partners and kitchen studio customers in the territory, promoting the Company and its products in order to meet the sales, margin and brand objectives of the business.
The territory will cover the South/ South West of England and regular travel will be required.
The Role: you will
Act as the primary contact for the sales teams of all distributor partners who operate in the territory to support display placement and sales growth within kitchen studios, communicating new product and commercial developments (e.g. promotions and campaigns), provide product training and act as the focal point for customer feedback
Plan, forecast and manage the business and relationships at all levels within distributor partner headquarter accounts within the geographical territory
Identify, develop and drive new business with existing accounts and new accounts in conjunction with partners and sales colleagues
Ensure that the sales and margin targets for the territory are achieved in relation to volume and price.
Manage returns, credits and major queries in the distributor.
Ensure that all relevant information is managed within the CRM system and accurate reports are completed regularly as required.
Provide forecast insight to the supply chain team on regular basis to ensure stock availability and broader business understanding of the financial drivers in the accounts/ channel
We are looking for candidates with:
Demonstrable field based sales experience, ideally gained in a distributor or ‘independent’ arena
A good track record of bringing in new business and hitting targets
An ethical and customer focussed mindset
Experience and responsibility of managing business operations systems e.g. SAP an advantage
· Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills
· The ability to deliver results while maintaining the highest levels of integrity
· Competence in writing reports and undertaking presentations
· Strong time management and project management
· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Aps and CRM
