Role Summary: Create hospitality and general project business opportunities through interaction from a Hospitality Groups, Architect and Design community and with all key project stakeholders. Responsible for direct interaction with Hotel Groups, clients, designers, architects and developers with the primary aim of securing project and group specification for Sanipex group products. This activity includes preparation and submission of product and design proposals in accordance with the project design intent. Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of current bathroom trends and contribute to the ongoing development of the BagnoDesign product ranges through design trend feedback. Liaise closely with divisional project sales team ensuring communication flow throughout the course of a project. Working hand in hand with the UK and international project teams.
Job description: • Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with hospitality groups. • Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, outside of London, through regular and ongoing contact. • Create specifications proposals as well as alternative options for clients using the full Sanipex Group product portfolio considering project budget levels and design requirements. • Provide, at design stage indicative budget pricing as may be required by project stake holders. • Channel opportunities through most appropriate company sales channels to meet customer requirements and enhance overall chance of success. • Network and build relationship relationships within the design community. • Attend relevant industry events. • Build and maintain exceptional product knowledge facilitating the proposal of the most appropriate solutions whatever the project requirement or design brief. • Assist and guide the sales team where necessary in the selection of appropriate products to comply with specific project design guidelines.
Core competencies: o An experience in hospitality sector with contacts in major clients. o A design led sales background, preferably within the bathroom or interiors industry is essential. o Ability to interact at a senior level, coupled with strong presentation skills. o Confident independent thinker, able to couple commercial realities with design requirements. o Experience gained within the building materials industry is an advantage. o Fully numerate with an understanding of contribution margins and discounts.
