Blum is looking to recruit a Retail Services Representative for the Northern Area of the UK to work with our existing customer base to develop and promote our brand via their showrooms. You will also be responsible for providing product training to the staff of our customers. As a sales/support role this will involve travel and regular overnight stays.
This is a field sales role for our company and it is very much up to the individual to make it a success. Reporting to the National Retail Services Manager the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be highly motivated and proficient in working towards and meeting targets. Ideally you will be in the Northern England Sales area. You must be an excellent communicator and totally focused on customer satisfaction. You will need to be professional, ambitious and organised with a determination to succeed. Experience of working in kitchen showroom/ retail design would be advantageous but not essential. You must demonstrate commitment by showing continuous employment throughout your career.
Key responsibilities include:
· Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
· Adhere to area call pattern.
· Good diary management to include accurate records and reports relating to customer visits.
